Our unique community-based ‘boutique rehabilitation model’

We provide specialist brain injury transitional neuro-rehabilitation integrated effectively and actively into real life and community activities. We support individuals with both complex physical and cognitive support needs. We have separate high spec apartments to support independent living trials and also have a community outreach support team.

We have a very personalised 'boutique rehabilitation' model where everyone has their own apartment and a highly personalised and responsive rehabilitation package, within a skilled and compassion-based therapeutic culture (as recognised by our Platinum rating with the Investors in People accreditation).

All of our inspected services are rated CQC outstanding in all areas and Headway approved provider assessments. We have highly skilled Neuropsychologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and SLT. We have very low staff turnover with no agency use.

We can also offer shorter assessment placements, intensive upper limb programmes and hybrid home/ residential placements, vocational rehabilitation, independent living trials in offsite private accommodation and some slow stream/ longer term placements.

An organisation built on a compassion-based culture and values

Our compassion-based culture

When Ariya Neuro Care was established, the core ethos was one of strong values and kindness. We believe that a kind organisational culture is both essential for the growth and wellbeing of both staff and individuals in our service. For over a decade, we have proven that a kind culture is both achievable and sustainable. Kindness and our core values of integrity and learning are embedded into our systems and ways of working. This means staff flourish, collaborate exceptionally well and have better wellbeing. In turn, the individuals supported have a strong foundation to develop therapeutic trusting relationships in order to recover well and regain confidence and a positive self-narrative and identity.

Wellbeing

We have a dynamic wellbeing agenda targeted on many different levels and activities across the organisation. It is important to us that people’s wellbeing is optimised, and we make efforts to provide practical ways to achieve this. Our Service Development Director studied the Psychology of Kindness and Wellbeing in the Workplace at a post-graduate level to ensure that our kindness and wellbeing initiatives are evidence-based and meaningful.
